At Code Craft Apps, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Refund Policy

We only allow refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Significant Errors or Bugs: If the purchased source code contains major issues that render it unusable as described in the product listing, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Deprecation: If the purchased source code is deprecated and no longer functional due to platform updates or other critical changes, a refund can be requested.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind or Mistaken Purchase: Refunds are not available if you purchased the product mistakenly or changed your mind after the purchase.
  • Downloaded Product: Once the source code is successfully downloaded, refunds will not be issued unless the conditions in the refund policy above are met.

Recommendations

  • We strongly recommend downloading the purchased source code/designs immediately after the transaction to ensure timely access.
  • Please review product descriptions, requirements, and compatibility carefully before making a purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under the terms outlined above, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or supporting documents, if applicable

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
